This was a great experience today from the team at A38 Caravans & Motorhomes, right from the phone calls for advice and booking, to excellent instructions on how to get to them in a Campervan avaoidingt all those small lanes,

Booked in for a habitation check on our motorhome. Got there early and they fitted us in.  Very pleased with overall service. Price was fantastic and they managed to put right an elctrical problem. Can not praise this company enough, EXCELLENT service. We were on holiday over 300 miles from home when the leisure battery on our motorhome overheated and died. They got me booked in the same day, fitted a new battery and had me back enjoying my holiday in under 2 hours! The price was more than reasonable (less than I was expecting) and all the staff were great, so friendly and helpful! I made an appointment to have a gas leak investigated. Within 5 minutes of arriving we were greeted by a techician who knew exactly what make of motorhome we have and why we were there. Reairs were done while we waited and at a very reasonable cost. We were also informed about their offers on habitation checks and duly made an appointment for later in the year. All the staff and the owner of the business were very friendly, belpful and informative. Please be aware that A38 Caravans and Motorhomes do not have "flashy" showroom or workshops but they know what they are doing and provide brilliant service. I highly recommend them.

Wendy and the team at A38 was brilliant, from the point of first contract, dropping the van off and collecting the caravan after a full service and new break pads. If I was closer (then just passing) I would not hesitate with booking a service every year with a38

Excellent service from a really great friendly company. Brilliant to have a Hymer recognised company in Cornwall for warranty work now. A38 Caravans and Motorhomes have been so helpful, explaining everything to us and finding a date within our warranty ‘window’. A38 Caravans saved our trip.  The gas pressure regulator on our VW California stopped to work.  We got one from VW in Exeter but need a certified gas technician to install it.  Certified service centers were by for days but one of them referred us to A38 on our road.  A38 people made room to accommodate our quick fit and gave us a very good service. I'm delighted with the habitation check and maintenance work the team at A38 have just completed on my adventure van. Note, they also offer vehicle servicing, MOTs and storage.

This full service, family run caravan and motorhome company is close to the Tamar Bridge in Cornwall and well worth trying if you're looking for professionals to care for your caravan or motorhome. I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

I'll be working with Trevor, Wendy and the team for my winter storage and maintenance needs going forward.
